We accept Returns, naturally. But there are conditions - and we won't beat around the bush concerning them.
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- You must contact us to receive approval and a Return Authorization. You cannot simply send something back.
- Products must be in their original packaging. They must never have been installed or used in any way. If you have used or installed, or attempted to install a DIY system, it cannot be returned.
Return Fees
All MRCOOL® products, whether complete systems or parts, are subject to a 35% restocking fee and a Return Shipping Fee. This applies to any products authorized for a return within the 30-day mark.
Products cancelled or refused after shipping (and before they arrive at destination) are subject to a 35% restocking fee and the Return Shipping Fee. There are no exceptions.
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the carrier may return your item to the warehouse, marking it undeliverable. The 35% restocking fee applies. If you still want your product, a new shipping fee will be incurred, and we will waive the restocking fee.
Exceptions
Exceptions include damages upon delivery, at which point you have the right to refuse the damaged system. They also include damages found upon opening the boxes. In both cases you need to document the damage (pictures) and reach out to us within 24 hours. We'll take it from there.
Your Refund
You should expect to receive your refund (less charges assessed above) within two-to-four weeks of giving your package to the return shippe. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (4 to 12 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank/credit card to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
